A bright soul understands from childhood that it is not like others. However, she still does not understand how to act correctly and is looking for instructions for life (see Meaning of life). If the soul does not find such an instruction for a long time, then a period of desolation begins. During devastation, a person may develop or develop according to plan (see Plan->Health) neurological and/or psychological ailments. The most frequent of them are: depression, neurosis, VSD and the like. When you have already fallen ill, it does not matter whether it was planned or acquired, then you should not lose heart even more, thereby exacerbating the state of health even more.

First (if diseases are included in the plan). You have to remember about weights (see Plan->Lessons). You are strong in spirit if you have included them in your plan. This means that the soul knew for sure that it would pass this way even with burdens. Sooner or later, depending on the pace of the lessons, you will go through a period of devastation.

Secondly (if diseases are acquired). Desolation, supplemented by ailments, has one important role for a bright soul: it prompts the search for truth. Due to the fact that our memory is erased (see Memory), it is difficult for even enlightened souls to understand the main questions – who am I and why do I live?

To get out of the period of devastation, you need to develop spiritually and treat the body with medicine.
